Pricing

Lotics uses a credit system for AI-powered actions. Credits are consumed when AI processes documents, generates text, runs extractions, or executes AI steps in workflows. Non-AI features — tables, records, views, file storage, manual workflows, and the web UI — are available on all plans with no credit cost.

Plans

Documents are files we generate for you from a template — an invoice, a form, a report. Files you upload don't count, and neither does AI reading a document (that's credits).

All plans include unlimited users. The free tier includes a one-time 500-credit bonus on signup so you can fully set up your workspace and explore AI capabilities before the monthly limit applies. When an allowance runs out, that feature pauses and we tell you — everything else keeps working at no extra cost. If you want to keep going, we agree a monthly cap with you and bill the extra at $0.02 per credit and $0.04 per document. We never bill past the cap you agreed.

Annual contracts are billed upfront. Credit quotas remain the same regardless of billing cycle — discounts apply to the subscription price only.

Changes, and what they cost

Your plan includes one business process that we build and run for you, and keep running. Adjusting it is free and unlimited for as long as you're a customer — no change fee, no re-scoping charge. Changes ship on a weekly cycle; technical faults are handled on the response commitment instead and never wait for it. For anything else, you build it yourself on the platform with AI (unlimited, it draws on your credits), or we agree to build it with you. No setup fee either way — what your plan sizes is the volume that runs through it.

Chargeable work starts where the platform stops: an integration with an outside system, bespoke development, or anything needing a capability we don't already ship. We scope those with you before any work begins.

There is no setup fee, no implementation fee and no build fee on any paid plan.

Lotics AI vs. external AI

Lotics AI is custom-built for operations. It has deeper document processing capabilities — reading, cross-checking, and generating documents with higher accuracy because it understands your workspace schema, field types, and record relationships natively. It is also more efficient when working directly with the Lotics platform: fewer round-trips, better context awareness, and tighter integration with workflows and automations.

Bring your own AI

You can also connect your own AI — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other model — to Lotics through the CLI, SDK, or REST API. External AI reaches the same tool surface and can perform the same operations. When you use your own AI, no credits are consumed — credits only apply to Lotics's built-in AI features.

Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual plans: The term runs for the 12 cycles you paid for, and does not renew automatically — we contact you 30 days before it ends with the price for the next term, and it ends unless you confirm. Outside the two windows below, prepaid fees aren't refundable and access continues to the end of the term — unless we seriously breach our service commitments, in which case the unused remainder of the term is refunded. Credit quotas stay active throughout.
• 14-day refund window: Full refund within 14 days of the first payment for all new annual subscriptions.
• First-cycle exit (annual): If the processes we build aren't right for you, you can end the contract at the close of the first cycle by telling us within 10 working days of going live. You pay for that cycle only, and we refund the rest of the prepayment within 15 days. This applies even after the 14-day window has closed.
• Data export: Available at any time on all plans, including after cancellation during the remaining access period.
