Lotics uses a credit system for AI-powered actions. Credits are consumed when AI processes documents, generates text, runs extractions, or executes AI steps in workflows. Non-AI features — tables, records, views, file storage, manual workflows, and the web UI — are available on all plans with no credit cost.

All plans include unlimited users. The free tier includes a one-time 500-credit bonus on signup so you can fully set up your workspace and explore AI capabilities before the monthly limit applies. Paid plans allow overage usage beyond the monthly quota.
Annual contracts are billed upfront. 2-year contracts (25% off) are available — contact us for details. Credit quotas remain the same regardless of billing cycle — discounts apply to the subscription price only.
Lotics AI vs. external AI
Lotics AI is custom-built for operations. It has deeper document processing capabilities — reading, cross-checking, and generating documents with higher accuracy because it understands your workspace schema, field types, and record relationships natively. It is also more efficient when working directly with the Lotics platform: fewer round-trips, better context awareness, and tighter integration with workflows and automations.
Bring your own AI
You can also connect your own AI — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other model — to Lotics through the CLI, SDK, or REST API. External AI accesses the same 50+ tools and can perform the same operations. When you use your own AI, no credits are consumed — credits only apply to Lotics's built-in AI features.
Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual and 2-year plans: Cancel anytime. No refund. Access continues until the end of the paid contract period. Credit quotas remain active for the full term.
- 14-day refund window: Full refund within 14 days of purchase for all new annual and 2-year subscriptions.
- Data export: Available at any time on all plans, including after cancellation during the remaining access period.
