From client dossier to cleared declaration

    Receive the dossier

    AI reads the invoice, packing list, and B/L the client emails over, opens the dossier, and fills in the client, declaration type, B/L number, port, and goods list. A new document set arriving by email builds the dossier's filing checklist by declaration type on its own.

  2. 02

    Classify and compute duty

    For each goods line, AI reads the description, checks your HS history and the tariff, suggests the HS code, and computes the import duty and VAT into a duty calculation carrying the HS code, tax rate, and dutiable value per line. Any code under specialized management adds its permit to the dossier checklist on its own.

  3. 03

    File and get the channel

    Once the dossier is complete, AI fills the customs declaration in the ECUS/VNACCS format for the clerk to approve and transmit. The browser extension enters it in the customs e-portal in the clerk's own session and reads the channel result back, alongside the declaration number, registration date, and the officer's notes.

  4. 04

    Clear by channel

    On a yellow channel, AI reviews the submitted paper dossier against the declaration; on a red channel, it drafts the inspection record and the result goes onto the file. A red channel schedules the physical inspection and notifies the field staff on its own.

  5. 05

    Pay duty and collect the D/O

    With duty computed, AI hands the figures to whoever raises the payment and follows it through, recording the duty amount, payment date, and the delivery order. The moment duty is paid, the declaration moves to Cleared and the client is notified.

  6. 06

    Delivery and settlement

    As the cargo leaves the port, AI compiles the incurred costs and the service fee and drafts the debit note for the client, with the delivery point recorded alongside. The debit note posts to accounting and the dossier is archived for any post-clearance audit.
