About Lotics

We build the operations system a business runs on, shaped around how the team already works.

Custom AI handles the paperwork and the checking. We build it, set it up, and keep it running — alongside the tools you already use, not in place of them.

What we build

A business doesn't need another app to log into. It needs the work between the apps to happen on its own — the receipt that follows the order, the invoice that follows the delivery, the status everyone can see without asking.

That's what we build: one system that tracks the real work, generates the documents, and carries out the steps in between. Configured for one business at a time, with custom AI where judgment is needed — reading a document, checking a figure, flagging what's off.

Why Vietnam

Most businesses here run on spreadsheets, paper, and group chats. That isn't a deficiency to patch with enterprise software — it's a clear place to start. The process already lives in people's heads and habits; it just isn't written down anywhere a system can act on.

We build here because we work the way these businesses work. Same language, same documents, same back-and-forth with customs, carriers, and suppliers. Software built somewhere else rarely fits that, and rarely speaks the language of the people using it.

Where it's going

A coordinator stops re-typing what's already on the document in front of them. A sales lead spends the afternoon with customers instead of reconciling a sheet. An owner opens one screen and sees where every order, container, or invoice actually stands.

The repetitive part of the work moves to the system. The judgment, the relationships, and the decisions stay with the people. That's the line we build to, and it's the same line whether the company has five people or five hundred.

Principles

What we hold to

  1. Simple to use

The person doing the job shouldn't have to think about the software. We hide the complexity in the setup so the daily screen stays plain.

  2. Built for real work

Real data is messy, requirements change, and the edge cases are the job. We design for that, not for a clean demo.

  3. Close to the work

We sit with the team, learn the documents, and configure the system around their actual steps — in their language, with their terms.

  4. It keeps improving

Go-live is the start, not the finish. We tune the workflows and add to the system as the business changes.

I wanted to build the system I always wished these businesses had — one that fits the way they already work, and does the parts nobody should have to do by hand.
