    Incoming inspection (IQC)

    AI reads the supplier CoA and cross-checks it against your material spec, then drafts the incoming inspection report with the supplier, material code, lot received, sample size, and measured results filled in. A lot that fails is held on the spot and purchasing is notified.

  2. 02

    In-process check (IPQC)

    From the patrol inspection sheets, AI records the line, work step, hourly samples, and measured dimensions. Any reading out of tolerance alerts the line leader on the spot.

  3. 03

    Final inspection (OQC)

    Every finished lot gets a final inspection report, drafted against the product's own checklist and carrying the product code, production lot, visual and dimensional results, and defect count. A lot within AQL moves to Passed on its own; one over the limit moves to Non-conforming.

  4. 04

    Non-conformance (NCR)

    When an inspection fails, AI reads it, classifies the defect, and drafts the non-conformance report with the defect type, severity, affected lot and quantity, and disposition. Raising the NCR holds the lot and assigns an owner at the same time.

  5. 05

    Corrective action (CAPA)

    AI pulls similar past defects and drafts the CAPA dossier from your template, laying out the root cause, corrective and preventive action, owner, and due date. Once the corrective action is marked done, a re-inspection is scheduled 30 days out.

  6. 06

    Release & quality dossier

    At release, AI compiles the lot's full inspection history and drafts the certificate of conformance, ready for sign-off with its certificate number and ship date. A lot with an open NCR stays held from release until that NCR is closed.
