Container depot

Manage your container depot with AI

AI drafts the EIR and repair estimate from your survey photos, prices each damage item at the rates the line approved, then flags estimates awaiting reply. Built for your survey desk, live in days.

AI enters the container data

Reads the interchange EIR the trucker hands over and the six-side survey photos, and opens the container record with the box, the line and every damage already logged.

AI checks the numbers match

Cross-checks the arriving EIR and the photos against each other, and against the container record and that line's rate card. Anything that disagrees surfaces before the estimate goes out.

AI drafts the depot documents

Drafts the survey report, the repair estimate and the repair order on your own templates, in each shipping line's format. Your team reviews before anything is sent.

Every container in one view

The system shows which boxes are waiting on a line's approval, which are under repair, and which are free to release.

From gate-in to month-end on one system

Each stage records the container, AI turns the survey into documents, and the next stage follows automatically.

  1. 01

    Gate-in & drop-off

AI reads the return authorization, checks the container against the line's contract, and opens its record with the number, size and type, shipping line, truck and driver, gate-in time, and yard position by block row bay tier. A container number that isn't on the return list is flagged right at the gate.

  2. 02

    Survey & grading

From the six-side survey photos, AI builds the damage list by CEDEX code with each location and size, grades the box A or D, and drafts the EIR for the surveyor to confirm. A grade-D box opens a repair estimate on its own, while a grade-A box goes straight to available stock.

  3. 03

    Estimate & approval

AI drafts the repair estimate in the shipping line's own format from the damage list, pricing each line of material and labor at the IICL rates the line approved. The estimate goes to the line with its submission date logged, and once it's approved a repair order opens on its own.

  4. 04

    Repair & sign-off

AI assigns the crew to the repair order and tracks the materials and labor used against the approved scope, with before and after photos kept on the record. When the re-survey passes, it writes the repair completion report, moves the status from D to A, and tells the line the box is back in stock.

  5. 05

    Storage & release

When a release order comes in, AI finds an available container that matches and drafts the gate-out EIR, recording the storage days, the lift on and off count, and the departure time. On gate-out the yard position clears and stock updates at once.

  6. 06

    Reconciliation & invoicing

At month-end, AI counts the storage days at each line's rate card, adds the lift, repair, and cleaning charges, and compiles the monthly statement per line, every charge traced back to its EIR and estimate. It waits for your approval before it sends.

An app for every desk on the yard

Gate, survey, repair, and managers each get their own app — all reading and writing the same containers.

Gate desk

The gate clerk sees the day's gate-in and gate-out queue; each truck is checked against its order and recorded in seconds.

Survey desk

The surveyor opens one container with its photos, damage list, and the draft estimate ready to review.

Repair pipeline

The docs team tracks every container by M&R stage, so nothing stalls waiting on a line's approval.

Manager dashboard

Managers watch yard occupancy, repair revenue stuck in approval, and storage due per shipping line.

The everyday steps run themselves

Status keeps up, estimates don't sit waiting, and every number is approved before it reaches the line.

Status matches the yard

As a survey closes, a repair signs off, or a box is released, the container's status updates itself.

Estimates don't sit in the queue

When an estimate has been with a line three days without a reply, the handler is reminded to chase it.

Storage counts from the gate-in moment

The day a container is dropped, storage days accrue at that line's rate, so the statement matches the yard.

Large repairs need the owner's sign-off

An estimate above your threshold waits on the owner's approval before it goes to the line.

Live in days

We start with one process you do by hand today. Once that one is done, we take the next.

  1. 01.

We learn how you work today

We go through your documents, your rates and the way the team handles them. It takes very little of your time.

  2. 02.

We build it and train the team

The system follows how you already work. Your team is doing real work in it within the first week.

  3. 03.

    We keep improving it

When the process changes or you want something new, you tell us and we do it. It's in the plan, no limit.

"Documentation used to take around 2 hours/day; now it's usually done in 5 minutes. Most importantly, the team works from one set of numbers instead of conflicting files."

Frequently asked questions

Typically 1-2 weeks. Week 1: build the data tables, EIR and estimate templates, and import your existing containers and rate cards. Week 2: train each team and run real containers. Setup is included in the plan.

Time with your surveyor and docs staff during the audit, each shipping line's rate cards and templates, your existing container data, and someone to review as we build. We handle the rest.

Your team runs it day to day. We stay on to tune it to reality and add shipping lines, templates, and workflows as you need them.

No. The gate desk, survey desk, and repair pipeline all read and write the same container data — one source of truth, many purpose-built apps onto it. The scattered files and Zalo threads you have now are exactly what that removes, not adds to.

Each line has its own rate card, estimate format, and approval flow, configured once and then applied automatically. A new line is set up in a day, not weeks of training the docs team.

No. Each line's rate card, template, approval flow, and CEDEX codes live in the system, not in one person's head. A new hire reads the history and can work right away.

Configure a template per shipping line. The surveyor photographs the damage, AI drafts the estimate in that line's format with CEDEX codes and approved rates, and you review and send.

Each line's statement is compiled from the actual gate-in times, with the EIR, photos, and approved estimate linked per container. Storage days and rates are pre-calculated, so disputes drop sharply.

Every survey stores its photos, timestamp, and surveyor on the container. You keep before and after repair photos, the approved estimate, and full change history, and can open it any time.

Each reefer has its own PTI schedule; the system reminds you before it's due and records each result. If you want temperature sensors wired in, we build the connection to the equipment you use.

Orders that arrive by email are read directly. For a line's own portal, the browser extension signs in with your session to pull the order and fill the form. Need a specific portal connected? We build it.

E-invoices are still issued through your accounting software such as MISA. Storage, lift, and repair charges sync to accounting, so nothing is entered twice.

Yes. The Lotics team converts and imports your existing containers, rate cards, and repair history while we build the system. Keep your old files; the new system starts from today.

Yes. Role-based permissions control who can view, edit, or approve specific records. Each person sees only what is relevant to their role.

Yes. Every change is logged with who made it, what changed, and when. Full history on any record for audits, disputes, or internal review.

Cloud servers in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. Daily automatic backups. You own your data and can export everything at any time.

Yes. iOS and Android. Check status, receive notifications, and approve requests on the go. Real-time sync with web.
