    The route survey report captures each bridge's load limit, the turning radii, clearance heights, and the tight sections. AI cross-checks the cargo dimensions against those limits, so any point the load will not clear is flagged before the transport plan is drawn.

    Transport plan

    From the survey and cargo data, AI drafts the transport method statement and the stowage plan, setting out the vehicle, lashing plan, and convoy setup. The finished plan waits on the transport lead's approval before anything moves.

    For each province on the route, AI fills the transport permit application from the shipment record and the plan, tracking the permit numbers, validity, and approval status. The browser extension enters the dossier on the public service portal for your staff to submit.
