No. Lotics platform plans are monthly or annual; cancel anytime. Annual is 15% off. Setup itself is part of your subscription, not a separate engagement.

It moves in. We extract from spreadsheets, accounting tools, email exports, and PDF archives. We clean, deduplicate, and link records before they enter the workspace.

All your data exports in standard formats (CSV, JSON, Excel, original PDFs) at any time. The configuration is yours; you keep it whether you stay or not.

Yes. The entire system is configurable from inside Lotics. We hand over with documentation so your team can add fields, templates, AI prompts, and workflows on their own.
